Introducing our comprehensive solution for sludge management: an Ultrasonic Sludge Interface Sensor and Controller, paired with Optical Sludge Concentration Sensors. The ultrasonic sensor, available in POM, PTFE or stainless steel, is IP68 rated for immersed installation. The controller, utilizing ultrasonic detection, provides 0 - 10m measurement with 1mm resolution and 0.5 - 1% accuracy, featuring an LCD, AC220V/DC24V power, 4 - 20mA output, relay signals, and RS485 Modbus communication, all within an IP65 ABS casing. For concentration, our optical sensors, housed in 316 stainless steel, offer 0 - 50000mg/L or 0 - 30000mg/L ranges, IP68 protection, and 4 - 20mA along with RS485 (Modbus - RTU) outputs. This integrated system provides robust, easy - to - install, and highly responsive water quality analysis for various industrial applications.
